Testpassport supplies independently prepared certification-preparation materials to support understanding, revision, self-assessment, and exam preparation. This is a conditional refund-support policy for eligible purchases. It does not guarantee a pass, certification, employment, or any particular learning outcome.
All of the following requirements must be met before a refund can be considered:
For an order containing multiple products, only the amount actually paid for the product directly linked to an eligible exam may be reviewed. Discounts, bundles, and promotional reductions are allocated proportionately when an approved refund amount is calculated.
Because of update cycles, content-maintenance needs, or product features, some products may be subject to different refund conditions. A special restriction will be clearly disclosed on the relevant product page before purchase. Depending on the product and circumstances, an eligible customer may receive updated learning resources or another support option.
Practice software and technical tools supplied with a product are supplementary aids. Installation problems, operating-system or device incompatibility, local antivirus or security restrictions, and browser or network configuration problems are not, by themselves, refund grounds. We will provide reasonable technical help or another access method where practicable.
Email [email protected] with your order number, registered email address, preparation-product name, exam name or code, exam date, official score report, and a brief reason for your request. Material supplied for review is used solely for the refund review and handled under our Privacy Policy.
After all required materials arrive, review normally takes 1 to 3 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, and arrival time depends on the payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution.
This Policy does not apply after the eligibility period; where a score report is altered, unverifiable, or inconsistent with order information; where the exam taker was not the purchaser; where the product does not correspond to the exam; where a product page disclosed different refund terms; where the customer breached the Terms of Service; where there is evidence of account sharing, unauthorized distribution, copying, resale, chargeback abuse, or fraud; or where the result was cancelled or invalidated due to misconduct or breach of examination-provider rules. Each eligible purchase may receive only one approved refund under this Policy.
Third parties organize and administer certification exams. Testpassport cannot control exam questions, scoring, content updates, individual performance, or certification decisions. We provide independently prepared learning resources and, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, authorized, or approved by any certification body.
This conditional support program is not a guarantee of exam or certification results. Individual preparation, experience, study time, and other personal factors may affect learning progress and results.
Testpassport may revise this Policy when needed. The version in force on the purchase date generally applies to that order, unless a later version is more favorable to the customer.
