Testpassport is an independent platform for IT and certification learning resources. We may provide study materials, topic explanations and revision guides, independently written practice questions and mock exams with answer explanations, online learning and knowledge-assessment tools, access to purchased digital content, and certification-preparation support.
Our services are for study and knowledge assessment and do not provide confidential examination content. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, your purchase gives you limited personal access to digital content, not ownership of that content or its intellectual-property rights.
Testpassport is independently operated. Unless expressly stated in writing, we are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected with any certification body, examination provider, technology vendor, or trademark owner mentioned on the website. Certification names, exam codes, company names, and trademarks are used only to identify the applicable learning topic and belong to their owners.
Our content is intended for revision, learning, self-assessment, and exam preparation; it is not official courseware, training, or exam material. Testpassport does not promise an exam pass, certification, particular score or learning result, employment, promotion, or other business opportunity.
You must keep account and order information accurate and protect your login details. Accounts are for the purchaser’s personal study use only and may not be sold, rented, shared, transferred, or made available to unauthorized third parties.
We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts for violation of these Terms, account sharing or transfer, fraud, abuse, unusual transactions, false or malicious chargebacks, IP infringement, bypassing payment or security measures, bulk scraping or copying, or conduct harmful to the lawful interests of Testpassport or other users.
Testpassport primarily supplies digital products and online access, not physical goods. Once payment is successful and confirmed, content may be provided through your account, order page, learning center, or the digital method stated on the product page. Access can start immediately after payment.
You are responsible for the necessary device, browser, network connection, and account conditions. Problems arising from your device, network, browser settings, or account actions are not non-delivery, but we will provide reasonable assistance where possible.
Payments are processed through supported third-party providers. Testpassport does not directly retain complete card numbers, security codes, or full payment-card credentials. You must ensure your payment and billing information is correct, you may use the selected method, and the chosen product, exam code, price, and access period suit your requirements.
Requests for refunds are reviewed under the Certification Preparation Support & Refund Policy. Any special refund terms clearly disclosed before purchase on a product or order page also apply. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; the processing time depends on the relevant provider, issuer, or financial institution.
Once you comply with these Terms and pay successfully, Testpassport grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased content. Without written permission, you may not copy, republish, scrape, extract, sell, rent, redistribute, upload, use the content for third-party training, publishing, or commercial purposes, remove rights notices, or use Testpassport content to create a competing product or service.
Testpassport’s original content, practice materials, answer explanations, summaries, content arrangement, page design, and software features belong to Testpassport or the applicable lawful rights holder.
Testpassport does not knowingly offer leaked, stolen, unlawfully obtained, or confidentiality-breaching examination content, nor tools for cheating. You must not request, upload, distribute, sell, or exchange unauthorized exam materials; leaked or confidential exam content; materials obtained contrary to an NDA or exam-provider rules; cheating tools or services; infringing material; or other unlawful content through Testpassport.
Independently written practice questions, mock exams, knowledge checks, and answer explanations used for legitimate study and exam preparation are not prohibited content.
Testpassport respects third-party IP rights. Complaints are handled under the DMCA & Copyright Policy. We handle personal information under the Testpassport Privacy Policy.
We make reasonable efforts to keep learning resources useful and accurate, but do not guarantee that every item is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. The website and its services are supplied “as is” and “as available.”
To the extent allowed by law, Testpassport is not liable for failure to pass an exam or obtain certification; unmet learning expectations; changes to third-party exam rules or requirements; device, network, or browser issues; third-party payment or technical failures; interruptions beyond our reasonable control; or personal, professional, or commercial decisions based on learning content. Unless mandatory law says otherwise, our aggregate liability for a dispute cannot exceed the amount actually paid for the product directly causing it.
For maintenance, technical, security, legal, compliance, or operational reasons, Testpassport may update, alter, replace, or discontinue the website, services, or portions of digital content. We may also publish revised Terms. Completed orders are governed by the product description, refund policy, and related terms in force at purchase unless a later version is more favorable to you.
These Terms and disputes related to Testpassport, orders, digital products, or services are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes must be brought before competent courts in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions continue in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Certification Preparation Support & Refund Policy, the DMCA & Copyright Policy, and expressly applicable product-page rules form the agreement between you and Testpassport.
